Course bookings

Full payment for courses are payable online, and will secure your place on a course. There is a maximum of five people in the Ceramic and Sewing studios. The photography Dark Room and Jewellery studio has a maximum capacity of two people. Family half days and 1:1 / bespoke sessions can be arranged online or via payment over the phone. Please call us on 07811 102216 so we can discuss your creative requirements.

Course cancellations by you

If notice of cancellation is given with more than two weeks before the start date then a full refund will be available minus a £20 admin fee. If you give less than 2 weeks notice to cancel a place on a course, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund.

Day and Evening classes cancellations by you

If notice of cancellation is given with more than two weeks before the start of the six week course then a full refund will be available minus a £20 admin fee. If you give less than 2 weeks notice to cancel your place, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund.

If you miss a session, we will endeavour to arrange an opportunity for you to ‘catch-up’.

Course cancellations by Combewater Studios / Alison Shelton Brown / Robin Shelton

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered:

• a transfer to another date
• a voucher to be used at another time, or
• a full refund

If the cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (i.e. pandemic) you will be offered a transfer, a voucher or refund.

We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.

Day and Evening Class cancellations by Combewater Studios / Alison Shelton Brown / Robin Shelton

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an individual class session, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered:

• to extend by the course by the equivalent number of weeks missed
• an equivalent value voucher to be used at another time, or
• a refund.

If the cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (i.e. pandemic) you will be offered an extension, voucher or refund with an equivalent value.

• a transfer to another date
• an equivalent value voucher to be used at another time, or
• a full refund
