Silver Clay Jewellery 80th Celebration

Last Saturday Robin and I were invited to return to a wonderful property at Rousdon managed by Kate & Tom's, near Lyme Regis to deliver another Silver Jewellery Celebration for Pam's 80th birthday weekend. We'd visited back in October for a 70th Birthday weekend so were delighted to be recommended. 

Designed to be suitable for all ages and abilities everyone finished up with a stamped cotton bag of goodies which they'd made in a few hours. Fimo and silver clay charms are made into bracelets, necklaces and earrings. The simple Japanese braiding technique of Kumihimo was demonstrated to be used for Friendship bracelets and a little cotton drawstring bag could be individually stamped to keep all the items safe for travelling home at the end of the weekend.

It is always a delight to be able to contribute something useful for party weekend, and rewarding to see both children and adults enjoying being creative together, making memories and souvenirs of a family celebration.
