Inspired by my daily walks during lockdown in the local wood, Lola and I would walk to the 'Spider Tree' which reminded me of Louise Bourgeois' Maman' spider. This became the site of my first video telling the story of where sputniks come from ... or do they?
Three large hollow porcelain balls studded with nails and found metal mascarade as sputniks nestling in their own woven wire container vessel.
Currently on show in Time-Lapse at Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro.
