Broken Beauty and Shard

Broken Beauty and Shard were submissions for a show put on by Alliages in Lille. In this instance not selected, however, I still love them. Meshing the luxury of porcelain with the rusty dug-up-from-the-garden nails intrigues me. Purity and the damned. Playing with the overlooked and discarded. Utterly tactile miniature wearable sculptures.
